Located in the Liman district of Ulcinj, Oro Verde draws inspiration from one of Montenegro’s most beautiful coastal landscapes.
Centuries-old olive groves, Adriatic views, Mediterranean light, and the region’s architectural heritage have all influenced the design of the project. Rather than imposing itself upon the landscape, Oro Verde has been carefully integrated into its surroundings, allowing the natural character of the site to remain central to the experience.
Every pathway, terrace, garden, and building orientation has been considered to create a harmonious relationship between residents and the environment around them.
A Village, Not a Development
At its core, Oro Verde was never envisioned as a single building or traditional residential complex.
Instead, the project was conceived as a walkable Mediterranean village comprising 186 residences, arranged around gardens, shaded pathways, public spaces, and shared experiences.
